KSA is among the G20, the largest economies of the world. Furthermore, KSA is
working diligently to strengthen its global competitiveness. This has fostered
rapid economic growth which created high demand for highly qualified leaders and
entrepreneurs. We, at the College of Business Administration, are proud to have

A Short-Profile of CBA The College offers an undergraduate program
with three majors namely Finance, Marketing, and
Accounting. In addition to the undergraduate
program, recently the college launched an MBA
program as well. The duration of its
undergraduate program is a minimum of four years
over and above the one year study every student
has to complete in the Preparatory Year Program
(PYP). Only successful PYP graduates are
admitted into our undergraduate program. The PYP
is mainly meant for improving the student’s
English language skills, mathematical abilities
and basic computing skills.
The MBA program requires a minimum of two years’
study. The admission criteria and other details
about the program are available in the sub-link
‘MBA Program’ in this website.
The college follows state-of-the discipline
curricula for all its programs. The curriculum
development process followed by the college
takes into account the needs of the local
business community, the interdisciplinary nature
of business studies, and the ever-changing
developments in each subject area. The process
involves collection and review of curriculum
related data from faculty, feedback from
stakeholders including the local business
community, and other benchmarking information.
For example, in preparing the undergraduate
curriculum, the contents and structures of the
business programs of three universities in Saudi
Arabia and twenty U.S. business schools were
reviewed. The reviewed US schools include the
top ten undergraduate business programs in the
U.S. as reported by “US News & World Report” and
ten other second-tier undergraduate business
programs.
