Portfolio Management

18-19 June 2011 Portfolio Management PSU organized a workshop about “Portfolio Management”. The workshop was presented by Dr. Michael Melton, the faculty member of College of Business Administration. Dr. Michael Melton talked about analysis of market behavior, stock analysis, market directions, and the scientific methods of portfolio management.

Modern Global Concepts of Real Estate Finance

PSU organized a workshop about “Modern Global Concepts of Real State Finance.” The workshop was presented by Dr. Hamza Alsalem, the faculty member of College of Business Administration, and it covered the main ideas about real estate finance such as sophisticated financial models and how local applications, the difference between profit margin and interest, financing tricks, repo reverse repo, and the real cost of financing.
