The Deanship of Admissions and Registration (DAR) welcomes visitors to the website of Prince Sultan University.

The DAR is responsible of three main functions, namely, Admission & Registration of students and keeping of students official academic records.

Admission of students: The DAR verifies that student applicants to PSU possess the necessary academic qualifications, including the requirement to pass an admission exam before a student can be admitted into the University

Registration function: The DAR prepares the schedule of classes every semester. Based on these schedules, students undergo the process of registration based on the PSU Academic Standards (as approved by the Ministry of Higher Education), and its Rules and Regulations. Each student is assigned a Student’s Advisor at the start of his academic life in the University who will guide him in his academic years ensuring that Rules & Regulations are followed fully in order to fulfill all requirements to graduate from a field of his choice.

Students Official Academic Records: The DAR is responsible for recording all final-grades of each student for all courses that he is enrolled in throughout the periods that the student is in the University. These records form the official transcript of academic records of the student.

With the support from the PSU Computer Center, the DAR is iautomating its work environment. What this means is that students are able to avail of electronic services to apply for admission, complete their registration, and inquire about their grades online.
