The delegation then watched a documentary film reflecting the establishment of the university since its inception as a college and then transferred to a university. It was stated in the film that the first glimpse of the emergence of the university as a private college was after the joy of the people of the successful trip of HRH Prince Sultan Bin Abdul-Aziz; where HRH agrees on the emergence of the Prince Sultan College with HRH generous donation. The university depends heavily - after God’s support -on his efforts and the efforts of Prince Salman Bin Abdul Aziz, Riyadh Region Prince, board chairman of the Riyadh Charitable Foundation of Sciences.

Turning back to the movie colleges existing in the university is the college of business administration, which include departments of financial, marketing, accounting, and business administration; College of Computer Science, which include computer and information systems departments, and College of Girls and its components. The university now offers a bachelor degree in all of its departments and a masters degree in MBA only.

The movie also dealt with scholarships and grants provided by the university for high achievers and the top ten in the secondary school, and sections of these grants.

Turning to the program of cooperative education at the university and that once the student access to the final year, it has to coordinate with a specialized workplace to allocate the student himself, and then begin the process of training in the concerned field for a period of seven months, during which students are trained in the area of specialization in practice.

The film mentioned also the various departments of the university like the Deanship of Student Affairs, Deanship of Admission and Registration, the office of international relations, the office of community service and continuing education, the netversity network established by the university in collaboration with Cisco for computer networks, and the Academic Assessment and Planning Center.
