Help Desk
The PSU Help Desk, part of PSU Computing Services, is
dedicated to providing prompt, courteous and effective
service to the PSU community. Experienced staffs
troubleshoot all aspects of supported desktop computing,
Five days a week during the semester and during regular
University business hours between semesters.
Help Desk Location & Regular Hours
Located in R-213 of the Computer Center on PSU Campus,
the Help Desk is open five days a week during the
academic year. During all Semesters the Help Desk is
open regular University working hours of 7:30 a.m. to
3:00 p.m., Saturday through Wednesday.
A Help Desk Consultant, Lab Consultant, or staff member
will normally be available during the following hours.
