Prince
Sultan University, College for Women (PSU-CW) is
proud to welcome
Dr. Bethany Jones
and Dr. Marjorie Pearce-Lenn who will participate on
the External Review Teams coordinated by the
National Commission on Academic, Assessment, and
Accreditation (NCAAA). They will interview
administrative staff, faculty, students, alumni, and
employers about the quality of education and
services at PSU-CW. Interviewees will share
information about the strengths, areas of
improvement, and changes at PSU-CW since
the Internal Review (February 2006) across the
following standards:

5. Student
Administration and Support

Institutional Relationships With the Community
The results of these
reports will be used to determine PSU's pilot
accreditation status.
Ms.
Tahira Hoke, Coordinator of the Academic Assessment
and Planning Center (AAPC) at PSU-CW, and committee
members will submit a feedback report to NCAAA
regarding this process.

The
Academic Assessment and Planning Center (AAPC) is
located in the Interior Design Department (last
corridor), Office 136 ext. 739. Over 20 faculty
members and administrative staff volunteer with the
AAPC and meet every Saturday from 12:1 0 p.m. to 1
p.m. in the conference room (next to Dr. Amal’s
Office). AAPC Office Hours are Sunday through
Tuesday from 12:10 p.m. to 1 p.m. Students that are
interested in volunteering on the Student Advisory
Committee for the AAPC should send an e-mail to
thoke@pscw.psu.edu.sa.
Note:
Regular meetings and office hours will resume after
the external review.
