STUDENTS' WORKSHOPS
CSCEC in coordination with Student development and counselling unit is organizing 2 effective sessions on 11th – 12th May as students workshops. The workshop is titled as “'Developing Lifelong Skills for the World of Work'. The workshops are of great benefit to the students to learn and experience the basic skills of writing resumes & interviewing skills. These 2 significant aspects of recruiting are a great challenge to the students and they can focus on the making the right resume and marketing their skills professionally and effectively to be the right candidate for an organization.
The workshop is being conducted by Maureen Frank, ELT consultant, British council, Riyadh. Maureen Franks has been involved in education since 1973.She has worked in the UK, Brunei Darussalam, Dubai and now the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Maureen has worked in Primary, Secondary, Vocational and University sectors as a principal, curriculum writer, teacher trainer, manager and mentor. She believes in learner autonomy and lifelong learning and brings a positive attitude to all that she does.

very effective and informative workshop on "Ethical Standards and Criteria's for Teachers Evaluation" on
May 17th, 2009. The workshop was attended by each department nominated faculty, department chairs and coordinators.
