At PSU-CW Continuing professional development is maintained to improve and broaden the knowledge and skill and the development of personal qualities to execute the organizational responsibilities The job market is changing all the time which makes it highly important to take ownership of the career and its continuing development. Therefore by undertaking CPD one will be:

• Demonstrating consistent commitment to the profession;
• Maintaining the relevant reviewing of the professional's needs and selecting and participating in the appropriate learning road map.

College for Women CPD office is an avenue to design, organize, conduct and monitor the professional development of the college for women staff as well as the community professionals.
