Leadership is shaping a vision. It is all about relationships – growing the connections among individuals that permit collective, collaborative thinking and action. Effective leaders create environments where people want to share their strengths and overcome their weaknesses, allow new ideas to flourish within a ground of tradition, and learn from success and failure – all for a common good.
At PSU-CW our faculty and administrative members recognize their strengths, accomplishments and leadership abilities. Therefore Hallmark of success is a link that is a link of recognition and achievements, a link to read the significant accomplishments and success of the college for women experts and a motivating portal for many of the educators to be one of the successors.

The aim is to increase the faculty and administrator success and their influence and also to document their capabilities. The achievement of a staff member is important to them and they are actually leaders in their success. This program can make others understand the importance and implementation of their innovative ideas pursuing the ideas can be beneficial for both the institute and their profiles.
