The Student Council was welcomed by
the Shura Council Public Relations Director, who
gave the delegation a tour of the Shura Council
building and the photographic line showing the
history of the Council, then he accompanied the
delegation to attend the present Shura Council
discussions, head by His Excellence Dr. Saleh Bin
Humaid, Shura Council Chairman who welcomed the
delegation to the Council.
Then, the Student Council had the
chance to meet His Excellency at his office, who
congratulated the students on forming the Student
Council and invited them to take advantage of their
presence in the Shura Council to see how the
formulation of decisions in the council take place.
After that the students visited the Vice Chairman of
the Shura Council, Engineer Mahmoud Taibah, who
presented them with the hierarchical structure of
the council and means of conducting decisions in the
Council.
At the end of the visit, Student Council President
Faisal Al Guwaihes thanked His Excellency the
Chairman of the Shura Council for the reception and
hospitality.
The visit purpose was to take advantage of this
opportunity to improve the performance of the
Student Council to develop the ability of members to
work on the development of the Council's performance
in the future.
