Service Oriented computing (SOC) is a new rising paradigm that is expected to change the face of distributed computing and enterprise automation. SOC provides the first radical solutions for interoperability and integration problems in enterprise automation. Not only that, but it reduces enterprise automation to a direct mapping of business processes into service architectures. The main purpose of this workshop is to highlight the benefits and advantages of SOC and provide guidelines for the adoption of SOC.
