International Day of Happiness @PSU

Overview

The Jubilation Office at Prince Sultan University hosted a successful event in celebration of the International Day of Happiness on April 22, 2025, under the leadership of Dr. Jolly Sahni. The event aimed to promote happiness and well-being among the PSU community. It was a highly successful event attended by more than 100 PSU Affiliates and appreciated by all. 

 

Event Highlights

1.      Happiness Discussion

The event commenced with a presentation by the director of the Jubilation Office, who introduced the office's mission and its dedicated members. The director emphasized the importance of happiness and well-being in academic and personal life.

Following the introduction, the director provided insights into the significance of the International Day of Happiness. The presentation highlighted various aspects of happiness, including its benefits and how it can be cultivated in daily life.

 

2.      Interactive Games and Activities

The office organized a variety of games and activities designed to engage participants and promote a joyful atmosphere. These activities encouraged interaction among attendees, allowing them to relax and enjoy the moment.

 

3.      Positive Feedback

The event received overwhelmingly positive feedback from over 50 participants with a satisfaction rate of 4.77 out of 5. Many expressed that the activities helped them loosen up and experience genuine happiness, fostering a sense of community and connection within the university.

 

 

The International Day of Happiness event, organized by the Jubilation Office, was a resounding success, effectively promoting the message of happiness and well-being. The activities not only entertained participants but also reinforced the importance of fostering a positive environment at Prince Sultan University.
