PROGRAM LEARNING OUTCOMES
Upon successful completion of the Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management program, graduates are expected to:
- Describe the key terms, theories and practices within the field of human resource management.
- Demonstrate an understanding of leadership concepts in a dynamic and diverse workplace.
- Apply concepts, tools and methods to analyze human resource management situations, and recommend alternatives toward a solution.
