Today at the College of law at Prince Sultan University, hosted Prof.Dr.Najibah Mohd Zin is a faculty member at the International Islamic University, Malaysia.
The workshop was about judicial activisms that are generally lacking due to judges' inclination towards applying the codified law while ignoring, in many cases, the need to diversity references and extend judicial creativity. This workshop is part of other workshops by GPDRL at the CL at PSU.
