Snapchat, in collaboration with Employment for Education (EFE) hosted an exciting two-day Hackathon from May 6th–7th, challenging university students to create Eid ul Adha–inspired games or filters.
Out of 47 student participants divided into teams of twos and threes, student Munairah Mohammed and faculty member Dr. Ghada Najjar from the Interior Design department secured third place. They impressed the judges with their creativity, concept execution, and cultural relevance. Their project stood out among the competition and reflected their ability to think outside the box while staying true to the theme.
