Requests during working hours (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
- Requests must be submitted by the authorized department coordinator via the Institutional Communication Department portal.
- Submit requests at least 3 days before the event date.
- Attach approval letters from relevant authorities.
- Advance booking of the venue through supported halls.
- If requesting hospitality, gifts, or custom printing, budget must be attached.
Requests outside working hours (3:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
- Requests must be submitted by the authorized department coordinator via the Institutional Communication Department portal.
- Submit requests at least 7 days before the event date.
- Attach approval from the concerned authority.
- Advance booking of the venue through supported halls.
- If requesting hospitality, gifts, or custom printing, budget must be attached.
