Third: Applying Service Request Policies and Regulations

Requests during working hours (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

  • Requests must be submitted by the authorized department coordinator via the Institutional Communication Department portal.
  • Submit requests at least 3 days before the event date.
  • Attach approval letters from relevant authorities.
  • Advance booking of the venue through supported halls.
  • If requesting hospitality, gifts, or custom printing, budget must be attached.

Requests outside working hours (3:00 PM - 9:00 PM)

  • Requests must be submitted by the authorized department coordinator via the Institutional Communication Department portal.
  • Submit requests at least 7 days before the event date.
  • Attach approval from the concerned authority.
  • Advance booking of the venue through supported halls.
  • If requesting hospitality, gifts, or custom printing, budget must be attached.
