Quality Assurance Activities Calendar Academic Year 2022-2023

Purpose

The purpose of the detailed administrative calendar for the academic units is to keep track of the submissions of all the important documents in order to improve the monitoring and review process for continuous quality improvement in the field of teaching and learning.

Beginning of the Semester:

9 Maintaining Grade book on Moodle Faculty members Throughout the semester
10 Submission of 60% of midterm grades on LMS Faculty members End of the semester (before end of week 16) 13th December 2022
11 Faculty Satisfaction Survey Faculty members Week 8-16 of the 2nd semester (FSS will be conducted through the MRMS system(MenaME). CSI will send an email to the department chairpersons)
12 Update Faculty portal (Professional Development and Community Service activities) Faculty members This should be updated throughout the semester (TLC prepares end of the semester report to the department chairpersons)
13 Submit annual faculty Evaluation evidence (if asked by the department) Faculty members As advised by the Department Chairperson
14 Sign annual faculty evaluation Faculty members As advised by the Department Chairperson
15 Final Exam Faculty members 17th - 31st December 2022
16 Submission of the final grades Faculty members Within 48 hours after the final exam for a course and 96 hours for the PYP courses.
