Objective:

• To recognize and celebrate staff members who demonstrate exceptional self-development and innovation through the use of digital technologies at Prince Sultan University.
• To encourage continuous learning and skill enhancement among staff members through digital resources.
• To promote the application of digital tools for the improvement of services provided to faculty, students, and the university as a whole.
• To foster a culture of innovation and transformation within the administrative functions of the university.

Criteria:

• Completion of online courses/MOOCs related to job and administrative tasks (with certificate proof).
• Self-learning of skills through online tutorials (with description and references).
• Incorporation of innovative digital tools in daily job tasks (with screenshots and descriptions).
• Participation in training programs related to digital enhancement of work.
• Submission of a short essay/letter describing how online and digital resources enhanced productivity, innovation, and collaboration.
• Submission of a reference letter from the supervisor describing the nominee's credentials and justification for the award.

Eligibility:

• Any PSU staff member is eligible to apply.
• Nominations can come from the staff member, department supervisor, or colleagues.
• Minimum of three years of service at PSU.
• A three-year period must have elapsed since any previous award win.
• No administrative warnings.
• Annual evaluation greater than 90%.
• Applicants will be evaluated based on evidence provided during one academic year.
