Summary

The majority of the land area of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is desert. Thus, sustaining life on land is essential in the Kingdom to preserve existing land use and restore or reverse desertification. The use of land to sustain human life is vital in supporting livelihoods.

Prince Sultan University is committed to ensuring its land preservation by implementing its policy on plastic waste reduction and policy on hazardous waste disposal.
