The Process

The application process involves filling out and submitting an online application form with all the required documents and credential uploaded before the deadline, the details of which are given below under appropriate heads. Please read carefully and pay meticulous attention to details while submitting the application because every piece of information that you provide is of consequential importance in your prospects of getting admitted to the program. The Admission Committee will consider your comparative performance over the remaining pool of applicants on academic accomplishments, test scores, personal and professional accomplishments and character, maturity and interest to the graduate program, leadership ability, communication skills, experience, and career potential.

Fee And Payment

The application fee for any graduate program is SR 500. Additional VAT of 15% will be added for international applicants.

Application fee is non-refundable and must be paid in order for us to consider your application.

  1. SADAD payment system (Once you submit your online application, you will receive your SADAD's invoice number SMS)
  2. Transfer the amount to the PSU account. In this case, please upload the invoice along with your documents in the admission portal.

Tuition Fee

The tuition fees for each credit hour is 5,000 SAR. Additional 15%VAT will be added for international students.

*MBA requires additional 12 credit hours of foundation courses for non-business major. The cost for foundation course credit is 3000 SAR. Additional 15%VAT will be added for international students.


Applications are due by 5:00 pm on the deadline day. All decisions will be released by 5:00 pm on the decision release day.

Application periods for MASTER's Degrees for the year 2024/2025 are:

*After screening all applications and verifying all requirements are met, applications will be sent to the concerned colleges for scheduling and conducting interviews if needed.


Decisions are made on completed applications only. For those who are invited and completed their admission interview, a final decision concerning their admission will be released according to the schedule shown above.

If you receive a denial decision from the Admissions Committee, that decision is final for the year for which you applied. The Admissions Committee does not reconsider decisions for the same year. However, you are welcome to re-apply for admission to a later year.

Applicants are notified of the admission decision by the Graduate Studies Unit only from the email ( Any notification concerning your admission, whether verbal or written, that you may receive from anyone other than the General Supervisor of the Graduate studies Unit will not be valid at all. The notification will be a scanned letter signed and stamped by the General Supervisor of Graduate Studies Unit informing you of your admission offer.

Notice: If you are offered an admission by the DGSR, your admission is not final till you provide original or certified copies of all your credential documents to the DGSR.


In order to reserve a seat for accepted students, they should pay a non-refundable pre-registration fee of 3000 SAR. This amount will be part of their tuition fee.


The registration for classes will start on the week 18-22 August 2024.
